Charlotte McCormick is President of Argano 4 Microsoft responsible for all aspects of go-to-market, sales, delivery and strategic direction for growing the Microsoft business.

She brings over 15+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to global clients. Her passion is leading high performing teams with an intense focus on providing value to clients through strategic and innovative implementations leveraging the entire Microsoft ecosystem. Charlotte has experience across many industries with particular depth in manufacturing, distribution, life sciences and automotive.  

Stephanie Hamilton

Chief Financial Officer, Argano 4 Microsoft

Stephanie Hamilton has more than 20 years of experience leading complex global software, technology and business services organizations. Stephanie is responsible for the overall Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Administrative functions for Argano.

Prior to Argano, Stephanie was the CFO at Leads360 (now Velocify), a market leading provider of cloud-based intelligent CRM software, Need2Buy, a global supply chain software and sourcing company, RiverOne, a global high tech industry supply chain software and service provider, Adexa, a global provider of supply chain management solutions, Treasury Services Corporation, a financial services software company (sold to Oracle), and Phoenix Software International. Stephanie has comprehensive background in finance, management, mergers and acquisitions, legal, intellectual property, human resources, international tax and operations.

Stephanie is a CPA and worked in the Audit division at Deloitte & Touche, and holds a BS in Economics from UCLA.

Brent Fudala

Vice President of Delivery, Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Argano 4 Microsoft

Brent brings a strong executive delivery and organizational leadership to Argano with more than 25 years of international business experience. He has spent his career leading professional services organizations from startups to multibillion-dollar organizations across a multiple-stack of Tier 1 ERP systems. Brent brings deep experience in structuring, building, and managing effective and empowered delivery teams. Brent’s journey started with his US Air Force career, where he learned the true meaning of “Team” and “Service”. This belief has continued to be his elevating force during his professional consulting career. Along this journey, Brent has provided global organizations the technical, functional, and management leadership to deliver highly effective ERP projects from small to multimillion-dollar global rollouts across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia.

Brent is a service-oriented leader, that is passionate about people, technology, and giving back the knowledge and lessons learned during his career to the current and future generations of consultants.

Greg Moser

Vice President of Dynamics 365 Client Engagement, Argano 4 Microsoft

As Vice President for Dynamics 365 Client Engagement, Greg is responsible for driving the strategy and vision of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE practice and go-to-market for Argano’s client engagement solutions. He brings over 22 years of delivering customer experience transformative programs and has been involved in the some of the largest CRM deployments globally. He has spent his career building customer experience practices, which have won multiple awards for CRM, customer service, financial services, and user adoption. Greg has worked for various organizations, including Avanade, Accenture, HCL, PowerObjects, Hitachi among others, working in a team environment focused on optimizing, creating, and being part of high-performing teams.

Greg is a team-oriented leader, who is passionate about delivering balance through people, process, technology, and data to drive business outcomes.

Chris Samulski

Vice President of Data Engineering and Analytics, Argano 4 Microsoft

Chris brings over a decade of experience in data architecture and modeling, and data pipeline orchestration to Argano. The philosophy underlying his work is to understand a client’s business and culture, then help them leverage data to drive decision-making. He leads a team of seasoned consultants and is a passionate advocate for assisting companies as they embark on their digital transformation journey. Chris began his career in the US Air Force where he helped run a predictive preventative maintenance program for fighter aircraft. Since his time in the military, he has worked in a diverse group of industries including intermodal transportation, digital advertising, and social media industries. These experiences have enabled him to leverage Microsoft Azure data platform to design and implement creative solutions for challenges facing a growing enterprise.

Chris specializes in data architecture design and analytics for consumer behavioral data, transportation and demand analysis, but has provided client solutions for consumer goods, high tech manufacturing and biopharmaceutical groups.  The solutions he and his team have developed allow companies to gain greater visibility into their business to assist with optimizing operations, reducing costs, engaging customers in unexpected ways, and forecasting impacts of the market.

Drew Vabulas

Vice President of Sales, Argano 4 Microsoft

As Vice President of the Argano Sales team, Drew works to ensure our organization continues to meet and exceed customer expectations throughout the sales lifecycle. As the leader of his team, Drew focuses on building and implementing strategic initiatives driving performance growth and results.

Drew has worked with Dynamics 365 for over 20 years. He began his career in Business Development and has worked across all roles within the sales organization. Drew has helped clients in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Life Sciences and Commerce industries to achieve their strategic initiatives and data estate planning.

Laura Tipper

Vice President of Project Management, Argano 4 Microsoft

As Vice President of Project Management, Laura brings over 20 years of project management and leadership experience including managing ERP, CRM, and BI projects in the mid-sized and enterprise market. With a hands-on approach and attention to detail, Laura has delivered implementation, upgrade, and recovery projects for multinational organizations in the United States and Europe.

Laura began her professional career as an engineer in the aerospace industry, leading teams in the integration of complex hardware and software systems. She has managed various BI, CRM and ERP projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies for organizations in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, services, and retail. Working closely with Microsoft, Laura has led two separate customers through the Dynamics 365 upgrade process as part of Microsoft’s Technology Adoption Program (TAP).

Laura is certified in PMI, PMP, ScrumMaster as well as project management and accounting for Microsoft Dynamics. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University.

As the Vice President of the Client Engagement team, Dan focuses on ensuring the continuous high-level quality and strategic growth of Argano’s program management initiatives for our clients. Dan is responsible for the account management of mid-market clients, as well as participating in sales and oversight of all execution activities.

Dan is a dynamic, dedicated leader in the industry with over 20 years of experience in business consulting, information technology, ERP account management, ERP implementations, manufacturing and operations management. Dan continues to drive digital transformation throughout our clients’ business with his unique ability to coordinate all stages of planning, while also emphasizing collaborative team support and positive client outcomes.

Chris Fibbe is a managing partner of Argano 4 Microsoft’s retail/commerce and non-profit business responsible for setting and implementing the strategic plan. He brings over 20 years of successful leadership and frontline experience within the consulting industry with his extensive background in professional services, technology implementation, and practice development. Chris has honed his big picture perspective as a member of a number of executive management teams and boards, navigating challenging business cycles and scenarios, including startups, mergers and acquisitions.

Sam Coluccio

Managing Partner, Argano 4 Microsoft

Sam Coluccio is a managing partner of Argano 4 Microsoft’s retail/commerce and non-profit business. With 30+ years of consulting expertise, he has successfully created and led transformation projects including organizational change for retail and professional services organizations, many of which are Fortune 500 companies. He has developed a “process first, technology second” consulting approach that emphasizes the importance of aligning software solutions with business processes – not the other way around. Previously Sam worked for Microsoft Consulting Services as a National Director where he created and deployed the first comprehensive ERP/CRM implementation methodology, SureStep, which was later adopted by the partner channel worldwide.

Corey Bakhtiary

Global Director of Programs and Product Management, Argano 4 Microsoft

In his role as the Global Director of Programs and Product Management Corey is responsible for aligning corporate strategy and Argano offerings to bring to market high-impact solutions through innovation, thought leadership and evangelization. He has a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem, including technical and process expertise – from installation and environment management, security and audit compliance to business process modelling, engagement management, training and support.

Corey has been involved in implementing global mission-critical business applications, security and audit solutions for various companies in the oil and gas, professional services, manufacturing and construction industries. Having extensive experience in application lifecycle management, project management and delivery, he possesses a unique perspective that combines strong product expertise with the ability to anticipate clients’ needs.

Tanya Todd

Senior Director of Client Support Services, Argano 4 Microsoft

Tanya brings more than a decade of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to her role as Senior Director of Client Support Services. Working on projects both domestically and globally, she has specialized in human capital management, payroll and finance implementations, as well as data management, integrations, project management and support management. Tanya is certified for Financial Management and Core Finance and Operations in Microsoft Dynamics 365. With extensive expertise implementing ERP solution for global companies within retail, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, financial services, manufacturing, and public sector, she has a unique understanding of clients’ business needs and requirements.

Tanya holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia.

Heather Williams

Senior Director of Alliances, Argano 4 Microsoft

Heather brings over 16 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform ecosystem and community experience to the Argano team. She has deep relationships and experience within the Microsoft channel that extends into executive, industry, community and leadership teams.  She helped the start-up and successful build out of the largest worldwide User Group Community that supported Microsoft Dynamics.  As a part of her success there, she led teams that supported educating the wider user audience of all things Microsoft Dynamics; was the leader and executive running D365UG; built and expanded educational programming around Dynamics supported by large global events and designed for customers/users; created, drove and led formal advocacy groups like CIO Councils that met and partnered with the corporate executive leadership at Microsoft; worked with partners both ISVs and system implementors from all over the globe to provide advocacy for them to Microsoft; led the global expansion and building of teams for the User Groups supporting the Microsoft Dynamics community into Europe and APAC.  Along her career, Heather has also been a member of and leader for Women In Technology (WIT).

Heather brings her knowledge of the Dynamics space along with her relationships and understanding of Microsoft for the betterment of our business and clients.

Sam is an experienced marketer with a demonstrated history in the IT and services industry. She has an extensive background in developing key integrated marketing campaigns with breakthrough results. Sam has a strong knowledge of industry marketing, account-based marketing, event marketing and market research.

Revis Goodwin

People Business Partner, Argano 4 Microsoft

Revis brings 25 years of extensive human resources experience and proven success in driving strategic HR operational initiatives. His experience includes over 10 years in the IT industry as a Human Resources Business Partner. He has led the HR function for a $1.5 billion division of a Fortune 100 company.  Revis also brings in depth manufacturing knowledge from an HR perspective having established and managed all HR functions for over 10 years for a major manufacturing company.  Prior to joining Argano, he redesigned and oversaw the human resources operations as the Director of Human Resources for a large non-profit organization.  Revis thrives on supporting all levels of leaders to ensure a successful business partnership.


Revis holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
